Founder & CEO

Pr. Rédha Tir

Pr. Rédha Tir brings over 25 years of experience across geoscience leadership, strategic advisory, economic governance, academic expertise, and complex project environments in the energy and mining sectors. A former President of the National Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CNESE) of Algeria, he has served at senior levels across the Ministry of Finance, the African Union Commission — where he served as Lead Representative on the Pan African Investment Code flagship programme — and oil companies. He holds a PhD in Public Administration and Human Resources, a B.Sc. from the National Administration School (ENA), a Magister degree, and a Post-Graduate in Finance from the IFID Institute. His expertise spans subsurface geoscience, project management, conflict resolution, trade, and international negotiations. He has supervised numerous projects with the UN System in Algeria and maintains internationally recognized research in project management maturity (Dresden University, Germany), efficiency of public spending (CIRANO, Canada), and neuroeconomics (Nottingham Trent University, UK).
